I am Cliff Roberts’ daughter and I am so happy to see that people are still interested in my dad’s work. He was an amazing, amazing man! I would like to thank Mr. Amidi for helping to keep my dad’s legacy alive! He would be so honored! I can’t thank you enough!
Also, in response to Christine Morault’s comment- I would be happy to answer any questions that you may have regarding my dad’s book.

French-Canadian?

Blacques Jacques Shellac was French-Canadian; an old-fashioned stereotype. People from the province of Québec are Québecois nowadays It’s sort of a minor thing, but many Quebecers become irked by that old-fashioned terminology…it has implications of the old dark times.

love the book, btw! Working on some stuff inspired by the old Eames ‘Computer Glossary’ at the moment…i’ll send you screenshots when it’s done.
