It's been years since you posted this, but I just wanted to say that Vic was right, those are from a Donald Duck industrial film called "How To Cause An Accident in the Home". There's also a similar one titled "How To Cause An Accident at Work". They're both found on Walt Disney Treasures: The Chronological Donald, Vol. 4 - 1951-1961.
